The horses and tour guides were wonderful. The scenery was beautiful and the small walk to the canyon thing was really cool. It was advertised as a 1 hr horseback ride but the ride itself was very short. About 30 minutes total probably. Our tour was at 2pm. They said to arrive 20 min early at their coffee shop to check in. So they check us in at 1:50, we then get back in our own cars and follow them to the horses about 5 minutes away. We get saddled up and finally hit the trail at 2:15. Rode for 15 min..did the walk…rode back 15 minutes. And it was done. We were back by 3:00. 😑 it was cool but not worth $60/person. Paying that much $$ sucked the fun out of it.
Enjoyed the resort and the Jeep trip to see the sunset. The ranch area is beautiful and the look out point for sunset was beautiful. Our guide was great and shared lots of information with us about the area and the region. This was a nice trip experience for my 75 year old Mom who enjoyed the views and the quite mountain area.
It's impossible to describe how great thus experience was. The tour and especially the guide, John, made it unforgettable. These slot canyons are on private land and are only accessible via this tour. The UTV ride was awesome and enabled us to see so much landscape. The guides were knowledgeable and so friendly they felt like friends. Don't hesitate, book this tour.
We had the most amazing experience! We did the ATV Crimson Slot Canyon tour. Riley was such a fantastic tour guide! She was so knowledgeable about the canyon. She even took some fantastic photos of our family! Highly recommend! We took the 9:30am tour and had amazing light through the slot. Also, I didn’t read the tour description prior to the tour and was pleasantly surprised with the bouldering element. Thanks again!!
They really know their stuff! We got in two tours during a snow storm blowing in and it was still every bit worth it! They assured us we would have a great sunset with the clouds and they were 100% accurate, stunning views! Then our canyon tour was modified to still give us a fantastic up close and personal adventure into canyons in the area. Worth it all the way!
