This is a perfect class for vegetarians or vegans who want to learn how to make special dishes and for carnivores who are looking for unique vegetable accompaniments—and for everyone a delightful lunch or light supper.
We’ll greet you with a warm welcome at our mountain-top retreat for a two-and-a-half to three-hour class.
Recipe possibilities include a zucchini timbale, a potato pie-cake, a vegetable strudel—and even our goat cheese soufflé from another course is eligible for this class if you are not vegan or dairy-free.
We’ll use mostly organic and regional ingredients that herald mainly from nearby Vermont farms.
