Annie’s classes are hands on and everyone works individually. Why? The best way to learn is to do it yourself. You will create your own sweets and take home what you make in every class. You will also learn techniques to carry you beyond this class that will help builid your confidence and increaase your chances of success when you go and recreate these recipes on your own or apply the techniques to other baking recipes.

Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on in person French Macarons baking class in Berea at her new location! Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 17 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 5 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom. Annie has taught over 800 classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.

In this class we will make our own French Macarons, a homemade buttercream. Everyone works individually and you will get to take home what you make. Pick your favorite color to make it your own!

FYI! French Macarons are made with almond flour. Classes are limited to 8 people per class.
